Individual practice and projects
Since April 2019, I have offered small-business consulting and food safety services to individuals and businesses.
From 2020 to 2022, I imported food and sports supplements from Finland and Sweden to the Estonian market.
In 2022, I worked on creating food rations for Ukrainian soldiers.
Management
As a regional client success manager, I worked on opening the Ukrainian market and implemented software and hardware solutions for end clients at FoodDocs.
Projects, products, works.
Around 20 breaded fish products were released during my work at Viciunai Group to different markets: Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Lithuania, the USA, Ukraine, Serbia, and Germany. All these products were made from scratch, i.e., my first full-circle products.
Four different fish products were released under my supervision at the Briis factory. Two products were partially my work, and two were non-gluten-breaded fish I made in a full-circle process, including raw materials purchase and planning.
Six full-circle products were released to the Estonian market under HKScan brands during my short period in the company. Partially, I was involved in 50 projects running in different Estonian factories.
